Good Body Energy, Good Mental Energy and Good Memory is always an asset especially in 40s.

Generally people start losing their energy and memory as they grow older. But now a days people started having energy and memory problems at early ages. Work stress, traffic stress, family stress, financial stress all combine together to give big stress.

Relaxing several time during the day is very beneficial, even better if you can stretch as well during the day. Daily Exercise, Daily Meditation, Daily Dieting are so powerful that it can get you going through out the day without trouble.

Fruits are really good for energy boost and memoryboost. Most people during their 40s starts getting stressed out and gets tired easily and during such stressful time you need a good dose of fruit salad. Fruit is a good source for quick energy and for various vitamins and minerals that body require to maintain good health. On top Fruits are good memory sharpening tools in your lunch box or kitchen table. If you have kids, give them as fruit as they can handle.

Take small portions of as many fruits as possible and clean with water (it is preferred if you can soak the fruits in water for about 15 minutes before you cut it to reduce the chemical effects due to sprays)
Cut your fruit in a plate or lunch box. Enjoy eating as much possible during morning time and some during lunch time. A cup of green tea would be very beneficial when ever you feel tired and need extra energy to cope up with your work. Green tea contains some anti-aging contents in it.

Tip: Normally kids hesitate to eat fruits. Put their favorite fruits on top. In the beginning they will eat mostly their prefer fruits and would leave the rest. But slowly they will also try other fruits as well. So it would be beneficial to serve everyone from a same big platter of fruit rather than individual serving.

Just make it a habit to serve yourself and your family assorted fruits salad daily at least once a day in the beginning.
And later twice a day.
