People who are not over weight, simply because their metabolism is according to their body requirement, are still prone to suffer from heart disease, mental depression and other medical problem, regardless of their normal weight, due to bad eating habits, poor lifestyle, lack of exercise and unnecessary stress and worry and consumption of drugs and cigarette and excessive alcohol consumption. .

But people who are over weight , under depression and addict to drugs, alcohol and cigarette are more vulnerable to serious medical troubles compared to not over weight. If you are simply over weight and not addict or depressed, it is right time for you to stop for moment and think about your health. Check if you do daily exercise and eat healthy. If not this is the best time for you.

After all our brain power and will and determination are nothing but a combination of different chemicals in the brain.. You change the balance of these chemicals to normal and you will start feeling proud of yourself and that would be a enough boost for yourself to ignite new desires to make further healthy life style changes in your life. If you are not happy with yourself, you are most likely to quit and withdraw yourself from the rest of the world and start engaging yourself in drugs, alcohol, cigarette to give yourself a false comfort. Once you do that, chances are that your chemicals in brain will change negatively to urge you to have more drugs, alcohol, cigarette and eventually you get trapped in that habits because of your weak will power which results from chemical change in your brain due to consumption of these drugs. 

What happens if we consume more alcohol and even tea, coffee, coke, pepsi, 7UP etc., it depletes vitamin B12 from our body along with other deficiencies. B12 is very vital for our digestion system. As I said, most alcoholics and heavy tea, coffee, coke, pepsi (I mean all carbonated drinks) drinkers, tend to decrease one chemical for sure in their body, Vitamin B12.

If a person is feeling tired most of the day (I mean chronic fatigue), feeling less energetic all day chances are he/she is low on B12 for sure along with some other deficiencies because of above said reasons and may be because of less intake of such food which gives our body B12.

That is just one example. My advice to you is to go to your doctor and discuss with him your problems and possible remedies with prescription drugs and very important to take advice from your doctor what food to avoid and what food to eat. What type of exercise you are allowed to do. Keep in mind focus on healthy diet, daily exercise and daily meditation. 

You may be thinking that you already know that Healthy Diet is the key to your health so why don't I try different foods by myself. The reason is if you are really going through a rough time in your life and chances are your vital body parts may have suffered a lot as well. You have to ensure your body vital parts are in good condition.

If your body parts are in good condition it is a good news but still you don't know how are you going to make yourself strong enough to quit bad habits of drugs, alcohol, cigarette so that you can get back on your healthy life style.

Your doctor is the best source for best advice to start with. He/she can examine your body thoroughly through blood tests, urine test, x-rays, CT-scan, MRI , ECG and many more tests that are available to diagnose your body condition properly. Once your doctor examine and test your body, and advice you to do exercise and change eating habits and replace your current diet with healthy diet and prescribe you certain medication to enhance your recovery. Generally people start losing their energy and memory as they grow older. But now a days people started having energy and memory problems at early ages. Work stress, traffic stress, family stress, financial stress all combine together to give big stress.

Relaxing several time during the day is very beneficial, even better if you can stretch as well during the day. Daily Exercise, Daily Meditation, Daily Dieting are so powerful that it can get you going through out the day without trouble.

Cut your fruit in a plate or lunch box. Enjoy eating as much possible during morning time and some during lunch time. A cup of green tea would be very beneficial when ever you feel tired and need extra energy to cope up with your work. Green tea contains some anti-aging contents in it.

Tip: Normally kids hesitate to eat fruits. Put their favorite fruits on top. In the beginning they will eat mostly their prefer fruits and would leave the rest. But slowly they will also try other fruits as well. So it would be beneficial to serve everyone from a same big platter of fruit rather than individual serving.

Just make it a habit to serve yourself and your family assorted fruits salad daily at least once a day in the beginning.
And later twice a day.
